FAQS

All indoor lounge experiences include a table indoors. Guests have the option to walk outdoors and experience the views, but swimming in the pool is not included.

All our indoor lounge options include a table indoor, and we do not offer the option to sit outdoors. Should this be your preference, a Pool Experience reservation is recommended.

Guests below 15 years of age are not allowed access to AURA at any time. After 7pm, guests below the age of 21 years old are not allowed access to the indoor lounge. Proof of ID is required. 15 to 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

For Sunrise Lounge Experiences breakfast is served from 7am until 9am.
For Morning Lounge Experience breakfast is served from 10am until 11:30am.

For Sunrise Lounge Experiences breakfast is served from 7am until 9am.
For Morning Lounge Experience breakfast is served from 10am until 11:30am.
Our full a-la-carte menu is available from 10am until 30mins before your experience concludes.

Our Night Brunch takes place in the indoor lounge and does not give access to swim in the pool. However, you can walk outdoors and experience the views.
