Important Notice:
During your visit, you may encounter guests using the pool area, some of whom may be in swimwear as they move around the lounge. We strive to create a comfortable and inclusive atmosphere for all our guests to enjoy their time at AURA.

While our Indoor Lounge Experience does not include access to the pool, you’re welcome to step outside along the poolside to capture stunning photos and immerse yourself in AURA’s breathtaking views. It’s the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the luxurious surroundings without diving in!

Our Breakfast at AURA offers seating indoors, you will be able to walk outdoors and experience the views, your table itself will be located indoors and we do not offer an outdoor seating option.

Our Breakfast at AURA does not include any pool access, guests can walk outdoors and experience the views, but pool access is not included.

Tickets may be cancelled with a full refund, if more than 3 days advance notice is given. Refunds/ Amendments are not permitted under any circumstance outside of the cancellation and amendment policy. This includes, but is not limited to, change in personal circumstances, sickness, travel restrictions, or any circumstances related to Covid-19 which might prevent you from visiting.

1 days advance notice is required to amend your confirmed ticket date. Amendments may be made up to 60 days in advance and a maximum of 2 changes are permitted per booking, and subject to availability. Any difference in price for the selected date is due at time of amendment, please note refunds are not permitted for any amendments.

Breakfast orders will be accepted until 8:30 AM only.
